Use of SimpliPostiz in connection with TikTok is subject to TikTok's Developer Terms of Service. Each user is solely responsible for ensuring that all published content complies with applicable platform policies.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. SimpliPostiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
SimpliPostiz is provided "as is" without any warranties. We accept no liability for interruptions of service, data loss, or account actions taken by connected platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpliPostiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.
Access to SimpliPostiz may be suspended or revoked at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, all stored tokens and associated data may be deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and applicable EU regulations.
